Nina Nguyen's Policy and Privacy Statement
ORDERS
To place an order please call, fax, email or log on to our website at www.Nina-Nguyen.com.
1. Wholesale orders must be a minimum of $1000 U.S.D on your initial order and a minimum of $300 each order thereafter. To qualify for a wholesale account please contact us for an account application or fill in the Wholesale Application on our website.
2. All initial orders require COD or a Credit Card.
3. If you have not ordered in 4 months the "initial order" policy will apply; there will be a minimum of $1000.
4. Nina Nguyen signage is available free of charge with a $1,000 minimum order.
PAYMENTS
1. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, or COD.
2. If paying by credit card, the credit card information must be obtained before the order is placed. A preauthorization of 30% of the total order is required before the order is processed. However, the credit card will not be charged until the order is ready for shipment.
3. Returned checks will be charged a $35 fee.
RETURNS
To return merchandise and ensure prompt service please take the following action:
1. Inspect all merchandise upon receipt.
2. Notify Customer Service within 14 days of any issue by calling (239) 455-7516, Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm, or via EMAIL
3. Please have your invoice available for reference.
4. Customer Service will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and email or fax you with a Return Form that must be completed in full and mailed with the return package.

PLEASE ADVISE :
ABSOLUTELY no returns will be processed 30 days after the date of the invoice.
No returns will be accepted without a RA # and a complete RA form.
Any merchandise returned after 14 days will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted for special orders and/or custom work.
Ring orders are considered special orders and consequently are not able to be canceled.
REPAIRS
If for any reason your purchase is in need of repair simply download, call, fax, or email the office for a Repair Authorization Form. Please fill out this form and mail it with the repair via a traceable carrier. Because our jewelry is made in our women's co-operative, the item may be sent overseas for repair. All repairs take approximately 4-6 weeks and may incur a fee depending on the severity of the repair and/or the length of time from purchase.

SHIPPING
Our products are made to order. Shipment can be expected four to six weeks from the date of confirmation. We ship via UPS, Fed-Ex and DHL. Additional shipping fees apply for Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. protectorates and international orders. For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier with insurance and that you email us the tracking number before shipment.
